Aura &
Simon

Inspired by the romantic gardens of Norrviken, Aura & Simon’s wedding felt like stepping straight into an impressionist painting.

The Danish couple arrived with a moodboard created by Linnéa at The Wild Rose Weddings that quite literally screamed Monet and I simply could not resist leaning all the way in. Soft pastels, painterly textures, and diffused colors became the guiding language for the entire design.

Dahlias took the role of water lilies, floating gently throughout the floral design, while the seating chart was transformed into a dreamy pond installation, allowing guests to find their place as if discovering petals drifting across water. Every detail was designed to feel fluid and atmospheric rather than structured, blurring the line between décor and artwork.

Paper goods were treated like small canvases, with painterly illustrations, soft layers, and tactile finishes that echoed brushstrokes and reflected light much like water in a garden at dusk. The result was romantic, immersive, and slightly surreal in the most beautiful way.

A wedding where art, nature, and storytelling melted together, proving that sometimes the best design choice is simply to follow the feeling.
