A super classy and elegant city wedding took place at the iconic Grand Hôtel in Stockholm, where American couple Emily & Chris gathered their loved ones for a beautiful October celebration.

This wedding had all the autumn feels, blended with a generous dose of Swedish charm. Emily asked me if escort cards could be made from small bottles of snaps. I said yes (of course) and jokingly asked if I could flex a little. She laughed and trusted me, and from that moment, the Snaps Hôtel was born.

Each guest found their personal snaps bottle displayed in the hotel windows, guiding them to their table. Waiting at their seats were delicate snaps glasses, and on the back of each menu, the lyrics to Helan Går, or, as the Americans lovingly called it, “Hell and Gore.”

It was elegant, personal, and full of laughter, exactly how a wedding should be.
